Imagine Your Goals is a mental health project led by Everton FC football in the community which is empowering people all over Merseyside suffering ill mental health through local organised football.
The project is now into its fourth year and has proven very successful. Two leagues have been established which meet every month for 6-a-side league football at the Greenbank Academy, Liverpool. The teams are a mix between people with good and poor mental health and aims to encourage social interaction between the two.
Everton FC football in the community have invited PACE to play in their monthly Tuesday league on February 23rd 2010 which has been kindly accepted.
PACE has recruited players and clients from Hull & East Yorkshire Mind and Humber NHS, who are all very excited about the trip to Everton (and will get a tour around Goodison Park if they are lucky!). If the day is a success we hope to establish strong links with Imagine your goals and further future involvement. Maybe next time we can invite them to our league. Fingers crossed!

Park cour
Park Cour or free running has developed into a concept of technical skill and courage and has broke out as a mainstream recreational activity and lifestyle all over the world.
From the gynasium to urban mastery, free running challenges it's patrons to explore the possibilities of the what the human body can achieve with purpose, control, imagination and courage.
free running is an interesting way to discover the environment and is a great way to keep physically and mentally fit.
why not try it soon?
